Di's Fitness

I love to workout because I love to eat but mostly because I don't want arms and legs from hell and I need to keep my blood pressure down.  I love weights the most and try to go everyday to keep fit and healthy. 





Di's 10 Km Run 

So here I did a 10 km run and really proud of myself for my first time.  It was a pleasant day with the sun out and included running around the base of Mount Maunganui
